Whether it's a flat tummy or the 6 pack of your dreams, achieving such a goal can be frustrating. Here is quick finisher to incorporate to into your next AB session! Dedicate 10 minutes of your day to really elevate your inner capabilities and become stronger than you were yesterday. Start strong but finish off STRONGER!

Grab your yoga mat and GO!
7 Ab exercises
35 second intervals
2 rounds
5 sec rest in between each excercise
 
1️⃣ Centralized V-ups
2️⃣ Side Crunches
3️⃣ Plank hold w/ Alt arm extensions
4️⃣ Side plank and reach
5️⃣ Sofá crunches or regular crunches
6️⃣ Forearm planks + Alt knee tucks
7️⃣ Boat pose hold
