20 minute home body circuit! **ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK**

Quarantine life has really tested me. Not having a gym or any type of gym equipment put me in a position to improvise in ways to keep the body moving and guessing.

 

Here is another quick session to keep the body moving, guessing & BURNING those quarantine snacks 🔥💪🏽

20 minute HOME BODY Cardio/Legs session:

 

💥10 exercises total

💥First 5 exercises will be station 1 and it will be CARDIO based ( up until about 30 seconds of video)

1. High knees
2. X body mountain climbers
3.Bear Crawls
4. Broad / Mat jumps
5. Squat hold w/ in & outs

 

💥Second 5 exercises will be station 2 and it will be LOWER BODY based

1. Side Lunge to knee strike (L)
2. Side lunge to knee strike (R)
3. Step through lunges (L)
4. Step through lunges (R)
5. 1.5 rep jump squats

 

Each station will be:

💥2 rounds
💥45 sec. intervals
💥5 sec. rest in between exercises
💥20 second rest after station completion
 🏁End with a 0.5 mile jog🏁
