No Weights, NO PROBLEM!

!! TRAIN ANYWHERE, ANYTIME !!
We get it, you don't have access to a gym or let alone any type of gym equipment. You're stressed out because you want to make a change but you don't know what to do or where to start.
Well, what if I told you those excuses stopped TODAY? What if I told you, maybe you don't need a gym or gym equipment to start?
All you're going to need is a good music playlist and champion's mentality!
.....Oh, Don't forget to bring you're HEART with you.
BodyWeight Workout #1
- 5 stations
- 2 exercises
- 3 rounds (40 sec intervals)
- 5 second rest in between each exercise
- 20 second rest after station completion
Station #1:
1. Walk-out Push-up
2. Straight leg sit-ups Aka. "Zombie Crunches"
Station #2:
1. Spiderman Push-ups
2. Alternating V-ups
Station #3:
1. In & Out Push-ups
2. Sprinters
Station #4:
1. Forearm Push-ups
2. Bicycles
Station #5:
1. Power Push-ups
2. Seated Knee Tucks
**Finish off with a .5 mile run after completing stations 1-5**
